Please, inform the people attending your events on October 7th the intersection of Palmer Rd and Sullivan St. will be congested and blocked at times throughout the day. The Street Festival will be happening downtown and will make driving through that area very difficult. Please, let them know that the best way to get to Palmer will be from County Line Rd.
