TRICK OR TREATING BEGINS!!

VOTING BEGINS!! ONLY 1 VOTE PER TEAM FOR EACH CONTEST (cannot vote for own team entries)

COACHES HEAD TO THE DESIGNATED AREA TO GET YOUR BALLET
WALK AROUND AND NOTE THE NUMBER CLIPPED ON THE TENT (use this number on your ballet)
COSTUMES PICTURES WILL BE POSTED AT YOUR DESIGNATED AREA (use the number on your ballet)

TRICK OR TREATING

All teams participating in Trick or Treating will need to bring candy and setup a tent (or use the one you have entered in the contest)

KIDS don’t forget a bag for your treats!

TENT DECORATING CONTEST

Decorate your tent in the designated area
(see map for designated area)
VISIT THE PAVILION with the USSSA FLAG for a TENT# to attach to the front of your tent for voting

COSTUME CONTEST

Your team will wear their costume during pool play and then change to their uniform for bracket play
(you do not have to change if you have a number on your costume)
Uniform numbers will be on an honor system and not required during pool play
