COACH MEETING

TIMES/LOCATIONS  ARE  UNDER ITINERARY

Be sure to sign in at the registration table and pick up your coach packet.
You will have 3 coach passes in your packet. These passes are ONLY for coaches

We will discuss tournament rules, location, and event details including open ceremonies, parade, and skills competition.  We will also answer any questions you may have.

ROOM FORM

Coaches will need to complete the room form HERE(coming soon)
This will give the sports commission an idea of the number of rooms rented in each city

TEAM CONTACTS

Coaches will need to complete before the coaches meeting HERE.
We need 3 contacts for your team if possible.
