Alabama All-State Event Update

We are excited to see everyone this weekend! Below is important information regarding registration, player presentations, skill events, and games.

Registration & Player Presentations

Location: OmniPlex
1634 Field of Miracles Dr SW, Cullman, AL 35055

6U, 7U, 8U, 11U, 12U, 13U & High School (14U, 16U, 18U)

• 9:00 AM – CheckIN
• 9:30 AM – Player Presentation

9U & 10U

• 11:30 AM – CheckIN
• 12:00 PM (Noon) – Player Presentation

Pre-ordered merchandise will be available for pickup during registration.

Skill Events

Location: Heritage Park
1705 Lee Ave SW, Cullman, AL 35055

Skill events will begin immediately following each player presentation.

How to Participate

1. Visit the USSSA Registration Tent at Heritage Park.
2. Pick up your scorecard.
3. Take your scorecard to your event.
4. Have the event official record your score.
5. Return your completed scorecard to the USSSA Registration Tent.

Skill Event Locations

• Field 1: Baserunning Outfield: Pitching Speed & Catcher Throwdown
• Fields 2, 3 & 4: Home Run Derby
• ** please remember to bring your softball gear

Games begin at 2:00 PM at Heritage Park and Miracle Fields.

Important Reminders

• If you are unable to attend the event or your scheduled games, please let us know as soon as possible. 
• If your player is injured and unable to participate in the games but would still like to be recognized and be in the dugout with their team, please let us know.
• If you have catcher’s gear, please bring it with you. We are a little thin on catchers.
• If you have your team jersey, you’re welcome to wear it. If not, any athletic attire suitable for softball is perfectly fine. Jersey numbers are not required.

We can’t wait to celebrate Alabama’s best players and look forward to a fun-filled weekend. Safe travels, and we’ll see everyone soon!

All-State Nominations for the 2026 Season are now officially OPEN!

The Alabama All-State Program is a great opportunity to recognize players who have demonstrated outstanding performance on the field, strong work ethic, leadership, and sportsmanship throughout the season.

Teams participating in Alabama USSSA tournaments between August 15, 2025 and July 12, 2026 are eligible to nominate players for the 2026 Alabama All-State Event. The deadline to be nominate is July 15th.

2026 ALABAMA ALL-STATE EVENT

Saturday, August 8, 2026
Cullman, Alabama

All nominated players will receive an invitation to participate in the Alabama All-State Event, where they will:

-Receive an official All-State Ring
-Receive an All-State Certificate
-Receive additional All-State awards
-Be recognized as an All-State Participant in the USSSA system

Following the presentation ceremony, players will participate in Skills Competitions and compete in the Alabama All-State Games alongside other nominated athletes from across the region.

Players who participate in the Alabama All-State Event will also become eligible to attend the National All-State Games at the Space Coast Complex in Vero Beach, Florida.

HOW TO NOMINATE PLAYERS

Teams earn nomination spots based on their finish in each individual USSSA tournament.

If your team participates in multiple events, nominations must be submitted separately for each event. The more tournaments your team participates in, the more nomination opportunities your team can earn.

Example:
- A 1st place finish earns 6 nominations
- A 3rd place finish in another event earns 4 additional nominations

These nominations would be submitted separately using the nomination link for each individual tournament.

1st Place Team - 6 Nominations
2nd Place Team - 5 Nominations
3rd Place Team - 4 Nominations
4th Place Team - 3 Nominations
All Other Teams - 2 Nominations

Please note:
Teams may not nominate more players than the number of nominations earned for that event placement.

What does this mean?

This nomination is a tremendous honor and reflects your player's achievements on the field, as well as their dedication, work ethic, attitude, and sportsmanship throughout the season. Players are selected based on the impact they make both as athletes and teammates — an accomplishment your family should be very proud of!As an All-State Nominee, your player is invited to participate in the 2026 Alabama All-State Presentation and All-State Games. In addition, their USSSA player profile will permanently recognize them as an All-State Nominee — an achievement that will remain part of their USSSA history forever. Players who participate in their state All-State event will also become eligible to attend the National All-State Games held at the Space Coast Complex in Vero Beach, Florida this December.

 Following the presentation, players will participate in Skills Competitions and compete in the Alabama All-State Games while proudly representing their regular season team by wearing their standard team uniform.A full event itinerary will be posted on the event page at a later date.
